This is a scene painted from a childhood memory of camping in the Catskill Mountains as a child. My parents bought a pop-up camper/trailer and my Dad would drive us to the Catskills, to Pennsylvania, to Montreal, to South Carolina, to Florida, and even one year to Yellowstone National Park. I am blessed to have had a great childhood. Now, at 70, I am blessed to have those memories. This painting represents one of them.
